The Finance Talent Programme is all about becoming a Finance manager, general manager or high-value specialist. To reach your goals quickly, we will facilitate personal and professional growth in two steps.

To join the programme, you need a Masters degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.

But even more important is the kind of person you are.
